St. Louis Children’s Hospital Critical Care Transport Team provides highly skilled nurse/nurse/paramedic teams to care for neonatal and pediatric patients. St. Louis Children's Hospital Critical Care Transport Team of St. Louis, MO in partnership with Air Methods operates and maintains the fleet of one PC 12 airplane, two BK 117 helicopters, and three mobile intensive care ground units.”

Lifeguard International – Flying ICU provides highly skilled flight nurse/paramedic teams to care for adult, neonatal, and pediatric patients. Life Guard International, Inc of Las Vegas, NV operates and maintains the fleet of three King Air airplanes.”

Careflight provides highly skilled flight nurse/paramedic teams to care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients. Avera McKennan Careflight of Sioux Falls, SD operates and maintains the fleet of one King Air airplane, one EC145 helicopter, and one type III ground vehicle."
“The Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems is proud to announce that Northwest MedStar, a rotorwing, fixed wing and ground transport service, was again awarded accreditation on July 22, 2012. Northwest MedStar provides highly skilled adult and perinatal teams staffed with specialized registered nurse and respitory therapist teams to care for critical adult, high-risk obstetrics, neonatal and pediatric patients. Northwest MedStar operates and maintains the fleet of EC-135 helicopters, Pilatus PC-12 airplanes and ground ambulances.”

Air Evac Services, a PHI Air Medical Group company operates and maintains the fleet of one King Air airplane, A-star helicopters and Bell 407s strategically located throughout Arizona and New Mexico."

Sunstar Paramedics operates and maintains the fleet of 70 ALS, 1 Critical Care and 7 support vehicles.”
